A Bit About Me

  Hi. I'm Sashga, the founder of OMGFit

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness.  While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness lead to Long life and happiness.  I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

As a Health and Wellness Coach, i have created a compelling health and wellness Newsletter , that provides a foundation to a healthy mind and body. The OMGFit Newsletter supports Goals, Positivity, Spiritual Strength and the tips to maintain productivity in ones life.


What I Do


Welcome to OMGFit Family.

  • As a Health and Wellness Coach, i provide empowering and practical wellness information to individuals.

  • Being  a  Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Correctionist and Nutritional Specialist i provide different form of movement that energize, stabilize and stretches the body, along with tips and nutritional guide.

  •  Having a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, it  encourages me even more to express and informed on the importance of spiritual strength, rest and emotional control.

  •  My main feature and focus is on rightful and positive thinking, to reinforce success and productivity for the mind and body.   

  • We have fun Dance Aerobic Classes, Kickboxing,  Pilates, and Perfect Stretches and flexibility movements that relaxes the body and mind.

  • We ensure, motivate and encourage positive lifestyle choices.

A good day is when   a person learn how to maintain and start their good living with positive thinking, proper diet and a fun effective workout. Based on evidence, exercise increases our lifespan, control weight gain and reduces the risk of almost every chronic disease: Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes, etc. What we eat can affect the processes in the body: Inflammation, digestion and sleep.
